John Maddox's long history in the industry started at a young age. His father, who was a licensed contractor, would bring young John to most of his job sites. What was first tagging along with dad, quickly turned into a lifelong love for creating and accomplishing. As John grew older and his involvement in his father's construction business blossomed, the company and its reputation were better than ever. From 1993 to 2003, John worked in bustling city of Denver, Colorado, and the gorgeous ski-town of Telluride, Colorado, mainly focusing on electrical contracting. Later, John broke away from under his father's wing and started his own construction company. After leaving Colorado, John moved his operations to Georgia. where he has enjoyed contracting new home builds and luxury renovations throughout north Georgia region. More recently, Maddox Contractors have been completing jobs for banks and government programs. In 2010, Maddox Contractors received a commercial contractor's license.
